Dear Fellow Rotarian,
Rotary year 2007-08 is knocking the door. Rotary Club Jaipur South is entering into its 21st year. In the last 20 years all our past Presidents took Rotary Club Jaipur South to new heights with support of the members. Today we are known as the “Most Vibrant Club” in the district. I salute all of them for their contribution. Now we have to move fast to catch the pace and become the “Most Outstanding Club” of the district. Hence I need support, suggestions and participation not only from you but also from your entire family.
We are starting our new session on 06th July 2007, with installation of the new team and induction of new members (separate invitation card will be sent). I am enclosing herewith Membership Proposal Form with a view that if you are not satisfied, tell me and if you are satisfied, bring others to this great movement, which is ROTARY.
As per the new Rotary International guidelines, we have adopted the club leadership plan and accordingly formed the committees for smooth working of Club. Kindly go through the constitution of committees enclosed herewith and take charge of the responsibilities.
In July, after the installation, we have planned Bhajan Sandhya on 12th (2nd meeting), Business Meeting to discuss yearly plans and projects on 19th (3rd meeting) and New Members Orientation programs for all Rotary Clubs of Jaipur on 26th (4th meeting). You will receive detailed circular of all these from Secretary Rtn. Archana Surana well in time along with the bills of Annual Fee from Treasurer Rtn. G.P. Poddar.
I must congratulate President Rtn. J.C. Toshniwal and Secretary Mahesh Ghiya for an excellent Rotary year. With the hope to meet you all on 29th June 2007 on Foundation Day of the Club and Presidents Nite & on Installation of 2007-08 on 06th July 2007, Friday at Hotel Clarks Amer.
